The Clubhouse is located just inside the south entrance to Zocalo. It contains a lounge, catering kitchen, meeting rooms, offices and a patio. A lap pool, hot tub and exercise room, which have their own descriptions under the Amenities menu item, are at the rear of the Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse will be owned, operated and maintained by and for the exclusive use of Zocalo owners and their families. Guests accompanied by owners are welcome. Although the building is available to residents, it is currently under the control of the developer and is expected to remain so for the short term.
The Pool and Clubhouse are available for Owners for social functions. To reserve the Clubhouse, contact Erik at the Clubhouse office as the social/meeting room and kitchen are still owned by the development team.
For rental of the pool and barbeque area, please contact Erik @ 505.699.3288 or [email protected]. The pool can be reserved for your party of no more than 16 people between the hours of 6 - 8 PM.
